Shipping Times:
We understand how exciting it is to place an order and the anticipation of waiting for it to arrives so please read before placing an order.
We are good people, and not here to scam you, please work with us
Firstly, quoted delivery and shipping times on product page are only a best guess and based on what happens "normally". Promotional, unexpected order influx, machine or systems downtime, team sickness, surprise supply chain issues are just a few things that interrupt a normal week. When this happens, we will always do our best to contact you.
Goods in a "normal week" are shipped weekdays from our shop (Mon through Friday) and our normal processing time is 3-4 business days. Business days for us simple means "week days"...
Goods are either picked up or dropped to the postal office the same day of processing, at which point you will receive tracking advice from the service provider which should update the same day around midnight.
Returns Info
We are working on improving this experience to be faster, a bit more automated and overall, more responsive, till then please work with us when requesting a return or exchange as follows.
Exchanges:
You may request an exchange for another size or a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Due to the significantly higher cost of International Parcels, unless your order is from the United States, we are unable to process Exchanges for Interntional Orders
Refunds:
We accept refunds only for items that are incorrect or faulty. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or may issue a refund as appropriate.
Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
